At Freedom Forge Outfitters, we strive to get your order to you as soon as possible. However, all shipping timelines are estimates only, and we do not guarantee delivery dates or accept liability for shipping delays.
1. Order Processing
- All items are made to order and typically ship within a reasonable timeframe after purchase.
- Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded.
2. Shipping Timelines & Delays
- Delivery times vary based on location, carrier, and other external factors.
- We do not guarantee shipping times under any circumstances.
- Delays due to carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen events are outside of our control.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Freedom Forge Outfitters is NOT responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.
- If tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please check with your local carrier.
- All shipping inquiries must be directed to the carrier. We do not replace lost or stolen items.
4. Incorrect Addresses & Failed Deliveries
- Customers are fully responsible for entering an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer must pay for reshipment.
5. International Orders
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- International shipping times are unpredictable, and we do not guarantee delivery for international orders.
6. Liability Disclaimer
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- We do not guarantee shipping times, nor are we responsible for carrier delays.
- We are not liable for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages.
- Once an order is shipped, it is the carrier’s responsibility.
