Return & Refund Policy

At Freedom Forge Outfitters, we take pride in providing high-quality, made-to-order products. Because each item is custom-printed just for you, all sales are final.

1. No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason, including:

  • Buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection
  • Preference changes
  • Delays in shipping outside of our control

Tip: To ensure you select the correct size, please refer to a detailed size guide before ordering.

2. Order Issues & Defective Products

While we do not accept returns, we take product quality seriously. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the issue

If your claim is valid, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they leave our facility. If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier or file a claim with the shipping provider.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to this No Return & No Refund Policy. Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension and legal action.
